By air
- Riga Airport is located near the city of Riga. You can reach the city centre by public bus No. 22. The trip takes around 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic.
Transport from airport to city centre
- Public transport ticket can be bought at the airport bus stop. The 90-minute ticket price is EUR 1.50. More information on types, prices and purchase options: https://www.rigassatiksme.lv/en/tickets-and-e-ticket/.
- Taxi: there are a lot of taxi companies which will get you from the airport to the city centre. Please be careful, if you choose this option – the trip can cost you EUR 50 or even more! There are no limits for taxi fares. We recommend you to request a receipt for the ride and follow the time you spend on the trip. The fares consist of three components – hiring, time and distance. There could be some unfair companies.

- Car sharing options: BoltDrive, CarGuru, CityBee or Fiqsy.
By bus
- The Riga International Coach Terminal is located in the very heart of the city centre – only couple of hundreds of metres from the Old Town (Vecrīga).
- There are ongoing construction works on the territory of the bus station, but you can easily access the public transportation network from there – just go in the direction of 13. janvāra iela.
By car
- If you prefer to travel by car, please contact me: ingus.mitrofanovs@riga.lv at least a week prior to the meeting, so I could arrange the parking spot at the meeting venue. Also, you will be able to leave the car on the parking lot, if your hotel will not provide you with the parking space.
